Hello I'm Annamarie Voss Owner of Estates Unlimited. I have been operating Estate Sales on Whidbey Island for over 20 years and a personal property appraiser for the past 7 years. We are a family run business and your Whidbey Island Estate Sale Specialist.

What is Included
There are no upfront cost to you and here are the items covered in our commission.
Experienced Staff (standard 5 people)
Advertising including state wide, local , online advertising.
All set up, we like to make it look like a store!
Research of your items through my online memberships
including my association with Estate Sale specialists throughout the country.
As required by Washington State Sales tax must be collected when selling items, we do this for you so there is no need to worry once your Estate is settled.

Online Auctions
We are currently only conducting our Estate Sales by online Auction with pick up by appointment.
We have experience in doing High End Estates and the auctions allow for this to be done in a more controlled setting.
We are able to give you a detailed accounting of items sold.
